Time for change
The way we have come to accept illness and disease is remarkable. There is a general acceptance in the Western world that whatever condition arises within our being, all we need to do is take a couple of pills and all should be back to normal. If it isn't we either go into a panic or look for someone to blame. If you have reacted in any way like this, don't be surprised, we have become conditioned to accept this as the way life is. 
Add up how much money you have spent on potions, lotions, pills and powders over the last few years and you will begin to understand why the culture of our people has gone this way. Not only are the big drug companies who peddle these things making colossal profits, but it says something to us when the bigger the range of medicines, the more illness there appears to be (that's if we care to take notice)
